Service Packs can be purchased in blocks of 5 or 10 phone hours. These are offered at a reduced cost compared with hourly rates and can be used for - upgrade planning, performance and tuning, backup strategies, installation configuration assistance and tools development. Minimum phone support is thirty (30) minutes.
New innovations may require you to either upgrade or replace your current software and/or hardware infrastructure(s). Whether you are looking to deploy to a new hardware platform of software infrastructure, let QuatroTech help. For migrations, we can assist with planning to production, installing the software and migrating your application. For software/hardware upgrades, we can help configure your system to take advantage of the latest version enhancements, perform the upgrade itself, and/or tune your new environment.
QuatroTech offers support plans. Our goal is to respond to support questions within a (business) day, or less. However, we cannot promise or guarantee any specific response time.
Usual on-site support is provided when troubleshooting, installing or upgrading server(s)/network or installing new software or upgrades. It is by appointment, and minimum on-site support is one (1) hour.
QuatroTech also provide emergency or after hours support on as needed basis. Minimum time is an hour and billed on a per hour increment.
